XANTHOS - THE FORGOTTEN WARRIOR
Naught remains in me now
Faith is something I lost long ago
Even as time flows
My Suffering, Moira disavows
Do you remember, Sklaboi?
Humans, shameful slaves of destiny
Yet keeping other slaves in captivity
That dry humor, I wanted destroyed.
...And yet, now I grow weary.
This was nothing more than Thanatos' game
That which was once aflame
Has now been extinguished, despairing.
I just want this to end.
Yes, here in this paradise.
With my beloved Sklaboi, under these skies.
In here, I don't mind being penned.
...Eh? Who is this uninvited guest?
Does she intend to be a pest?
She must leave. Take your parasol. Begone.
Stay back! On this place, you cannot border on!
"How long do you plan on deluding yourself?"
What? My Sklaboi? Insult them not, you elf!
"I see your mind is still blind."
Is your only purpose to make us maligned?!
Perish by my black sword.
That arrogance, like that of a lord!
The stars shall fortell your demise.
The moon, reflecting the death of what I despise!

Are you unsatisfied that you've slain that I've treasured?!
You have taken my loved ones...
Unforgivable. Detestable. Your days have been measured!

Realize that you will merely tire.
You should know, Moira will take them, under her command

Behold! My first poem! And....it's not that great. But if you enjoy it, then wonderful!
As you have already guessed, this poem is told from the POV of Xanthos, the witch form of Elefseus. The first four verses are mostly monologue, but everything else is what happens during Elegy, i.e. the battle between Yukari and Xanthos.
I figured since Elef was a Greek, it had to be done in some form of Greek Poetry. Lyric Poetry was one of them, and a subcategory of that is Quatrain...which is what I chose! However, they are done in different schemes.
First four verses -> abab
Next three -> aabb
Next one -> abab
Remaining -> aaba, bbcb, ccdc, dddd - basically a chain rhyme
So yeah, irony is that I have a distaste for poems, however, I was rather captivated by
's 'Through the Witch's Eyes' poetry series, which delved into the witches of Puella Magi Madoka Magica. So I decided to do my own! Kudos to him for changing my usual dislike of poems for once!
And yes, lines from 'Doreitachi no Eiyuu' are littered all throughout the poem.
Elefseus is from 6th Story Moira and thus belongs to Sound Horizon. His witch idea/transformation was by me.
