Biography: A young girl who led a simple life until she met Elyse Hakujou, whom she quickly became friends with and whom brought her to many dimensions in the multiverse to experience adventures and whatnot. Eventually, Elyse started an organization known as Visionary Requiem that deals with youkai relocation and protection. After six months of operation in Gensokyo, Elyse retired and passed the baton to Alyss, who has been the leader ever since.

Character Overview: Alyss has only one special ability, and that is teleportation, which more closely resembles flash-stepping than anything; she can teleport to anywhere that she can see, but rarely will she be able to teleport to a place by a picture or by memory. She is not skilled in hand-to-hand combat, and mostly relies on explosives, be they normal bombs, strange concoctions, or long-ranged like rocket and grenade launchers. One of her more convenient weapons is the H.A.N.D (acronym explained above), a mechanical arm that she accesses through her hat, with missile launchers in the shape of fingers attached to it. However, she requires a proper set-up of it before using it, and this requires connection to the VR base...meaning she cannot use it in an area with no form of internet whatsoever.
