The beast howled.
The anomaly that looked more like a living, crawling mass from the abyss grew as huge as the hangar itself. With arms of black smoke, it smashed through the nearest wall, a trail of rock and crushed metal following its wake. Then another arm swung at the opposite wall. Then another, into the ceiling.
